Please read through our Terms and Conditions before proceed with ordering.

Once you placed your order, it is implicable that you have read through our terms and conditions and you have agreed with it.

STATUS OF THE ITEM AND ITS EXPLANATIONS

In Stock

We have the item on hand. You can received the item once you have made your payment and we will ship it out asap


Restockable

The item is restockable even the status of the item is stated as sold out. However, we need another 10 to 14 days to get your item as the item will be shipped directly from overseas. Once you made your 50% deposit of the item, we will send the item to you once we received your item from overseas


Sold Out

The item is sold out but they might be restockable. Do email us and we will see what we can do for you !


Reserved

The item is reserved by someone and she/he has paid RM 15 deposit for the item. It's ok dear, just email us if you're really interested at the item. We will try to put you in the waiting list and we will contact you if the current buyer did not get back to us.

WE WILL ACCEPT RETURNS FOR:                      

• Item has stain once you have received the parcel on the same day. Contact us immediately and we will resolve it through emails/phone
• Item is not in good condition. Example, there are holes or torn area which we did not see it when we shipped out the item.   

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR:             

• Item that has stained caused by buyer
• Item that has holes caused by buyer
• Buyer cannot fit into the item
• Buyer does not like the colour
• Buyer does not like the material
• Buyer does not like the length
• Buyer does not like the design

Note: Any returns that is deem inappropriate will be rejected even though it is not listed in the list above. Any returns which we deem appropriate will be resolved even though it is not listed in the list above.

NO CASH REFUND

There will be no cash transaction involved for return items.

You can choose another item in "THE PRESENT" for replacement once we have figured out the reason for the return.

Buyer need to bear the shipping cost for return items.





Note: No need to worry too much, dearies! We are glad to assist you in any way. Just drop us an email in case any problem arise.

RESTOCKING

Since our products are mainly from US, we might need around 10 to 14 days to restock your item.
Even if certain products are not from US, the products are still imported from either Thailand, China, India or somewhere else.

We will only proceed with restock once we reach minimum order quantity.

Please email us for restock if only you are willing to wait for the item.

We will try our best to reduce the restocking time.

DEPOSIT FOR RESTOCK

In order for us to help you to restock your favourite item, you need to pay 50% deposit of the total amount beforehand.

Once the item reach us, you will need to proceed to pay us the remaining balance before we send out your item.

FAIL TO RESTOCK

In case we failed to restock the item, we will pay you back/ return the 50% deposit that you have paid us for the restock.



BACK OUT ONCE ITEM HAS BEEN RESTOCKED   

If you backed out once the item has been restocked, the 50% deposit will be forfeited.

We do not appreciate back out buyers. Once you back out for the first time, we will not entertain your enquiry and purchase in the future.

ITEM(S) RESERVATION

If you want to reserve any item(s) in "THE PRESENT", you need to pay RM 15 of the total amount for the specific item.

RESERVATION PERIOD

Any items in "THE PRESENT" can only be reserved for 4 days.

NO PAYMENT AFTER RESERVATION PERIOD

In case you did not made any payment after we have reserved the item for you for 4 days, your deposit will be automatically forfeited.

However, please inform us if there is a need for us to make special arrangement for you. We can work out something!



BACK OUT BUYERS

We really appreciate each and every customers. In this online blogsphere, we deal based on mutual trust. So, we would greatly appreciate it if you let us know if you do not want the item that has been reserved for you within 4 days of reservation instead of disappear without any notifications. Please take note that the deposit will be forfeited without further discussion once you back out.



SHIPPING                                                                     

Shipping rates may be subject to change according to Pos Laju Malaysia.

Shipping rates for East Malaysia and West Malaysia may vary.
